I did a quitclaim deed a year ago and i need those record for some reason...I did a quit claim deed in my brother properti and i need those record because his house is in short sale.

Don't you have a copy of the deed? if at all you don't have it, I suggest that you check out any detail about the property transfer from the public records at the County Recorder's office. However, if your brother has a copy of the deed, that would also do.
