remaining fees

i made a verbal agreement with the person i quit claimed property that i would take a loss on the selling price if she handled remaing fees owed and repairs. now she is attemting to recover said fees (assosiation fees, taxes) is that possible?

Hi curmudgeon,

As there was a verbal agreement between both of you, then she will not be able to legally enforce the agreement. It was just a verbal agreement and there is no written document proving it.
