My soon to be ex husband is making my life miserable because I won't sign a quitclaim deed yet.. He is forcing me to before Friday.. My question is if I sign this am I waving my rights to have in the divorce papers that he must refinance or sell within 2 years to get me off the loan?? that is all I care about I don't want him to keep the house with my name on it forever please please help
