Hi,

If you wish to name off from deed & loan then just contact your attorney & ask him for sign a Quit Claim Deed to remove your name from deed & Refinance Mortgage to name off you from loan. It will little cost to your & take several time to complete process.

Thanks & Regards.

Hi txcountry,

You can sign a quit claim deed and transfer your property ownership to your boyfriend. This will take your name off the property title. To remove your name from the mortgage, you will have to ask your boyfriend to refinance the loan in his name. Your name will remain on the mortgage till the time he refinances the loan. It does not take long to sign a quitclaim deed and remove your name from the title. But it might take some time for your boyfriend to refinance the loan.
