dilemna on oahu Guest	Posted: Mon Mar 15, 2010 9:37 pm    Post subject: HELP! Like 0 Dislike 0 Aloha, I added my ex-fiance on the title to my apartment. We broke up, he left and his whereabouts are unknown. He has not contributed financially. I would like to file something to get him off the title. He is not on the mortgage. When I did have contact with him about 6 months ago, he refused to sign a quitclaim. Is there any other way to get him off??? I am not in a position to sell, as the apartment is worth less than I paid and I spent a lot to renovate. By the way, I put $30,000 down payment and I really don't want him to end up with any of that money, as he is not entitled, in my opinion. Thanks for any help!
