I am the executrix of my father's estate. In his will, he named his three daughters to have a third of the home. I want to relinquish myself as executrix and be totally free from the home. My sister has lived in the house for the past 13 years (my father died in 1995). What form do I need to get (Quitclaim deed?) to relinquish my rights to the home and remove myself as executrix?

Thanks,

MAM

Welcome Mcd,

I suppose a quitclaim deed will work here.
