in 2003 my son bouth a house 3 years late i sign a quit deed on my name i couldnt refinance so i want to revers e the quit deed on his name because the mortgage is on his name

Hi glogonz,

You can definitely reverse the quitclaim deed. All you need to do is sign the property title back to your son. You will have to sign the deed as grantor and transfer the property to your son, who will be referred to as grantee. Once the deed is signed, get it notarized and recorded with the county recorder's office.
