I own cemetery lots. Can the owner of the cemetery sell them without my approval?

Through inheritance I have owned 100 cemetery plots for over 20 years. I have done nothing with them. The owner of the cemetery has offered me a very low price for them and has implied if I do not agree he will sell using a quick claim deed. Is this possible or legal?

Wow, that's an interesting question. I think it's going to depend on the paperwork you have for the lots and your state laws. I'd advise you have an attorney review that paperwork to best determin your options.
