My father has a life estate in farm that was sold, He would like to sell me his life estate to me his son. Can this be done with a quick clail deed? This proppertry is a farm that was inheriated from his father and mother, The legal description is about two paragraphs with fencepost, creeks boundary as a Surveyor would write, Can I word property as life estate as per deed recorded with the clerks office for Russell county booik 676 page 0489

go get a lawyer please. that's the most efficient way to transfer title to a property. you don't want to invalidate anything by doing something wrong, after all.
