In my divorce my wife and I quit claimed each property over, one each to one another. I am selling my house now, does she have to sign anything? What happens at closing?

Hi cdiflumeri!

Welcome to forums!

As your wife has already transferred the property to you by signing a quitclaim deed, you won't require her signatures while selling it off.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Yes, You can sell off property without your ex wife's signature because she has already transferred this property to you, so her signature doesn't matter.

Thanks.
