Hi jamesel!

Welcome to forums!

The attorney will judge the whole situation and give the ruling depending upon that. If you can prove that your wife will not be able to refinance the loan in her name after the property is transferred to her, then there are chances that you can get a court order in your favor.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

On the basis of facts shared by you, chances are very less that judge will give a judgement against you

It would be the discretion of the judge as to what he would do. You should contact your attorney and check out what you can do in this regard.
