We are divorced. Paralegal called my husband to sign off the quict claim deed. He is making excuses and every time put her off with some new excuse. what I should do?

If he excusing every time to sign quite claim deed, That means he avoid sing a quite claim deed. If he doing same things on further time you can sue him by taking help of attorney & after court order he can't excuse more.

If signing the deed was part of the divorce judgment, you can go to court and get an order transferring the property into your name.
