If I quit claim my home to my son whom at the present time is single and has two chikldren but should marry in teh future would the wife be entitled to any or part of the house in the event they would divorce

Hi Guest,

If the son's name is on the property deed, then he would be considered as the owner of the property and his wife will not be able to claim anything from the property. However, if your son adds the wife's name on the property deed, then she can definitely claim her share from the property.
