i am going through a divorce and my spouse has quitclaim deeded our house without my signature? what is my leagal rights?
My Father in law quit claimed out home we are buying from him. We have a contract with him, but he went and quit deeded our home to someone else. We have been buying it straight from him (his trust) for the past 8 years. Is there anything I can do? He also made the person he quit claimed it to, the new trustee of the trust.
