my mother signed a quit claim deed and my brother stole her house he has had her pay rent and all repairs to the house
he lied to her said the house would and still was hers but as i was in a car accident he said that she would lose the hose so this was the only way to keep it he hired a attorney and we have just student attorneys trying to help her as she is low income this was my grandmothers and her house
he helped her only with the down payment but that was only 1000.00 she did the rest and he has never paid a dime on this house at all now with the attorney he has all the documents are gone and they say though like they can not produce it they say she wrote a letter saying she did not want the house as we go to court of appeals this time on the 16th of this month can you tell me what i can do to help her if any thing
