| My dad went to the bank with my brother a few years ago and doesn't remember what they did. My brother moved away and my dad is going to make out a living trust. I have the feeling that my brother had him sign a quit claim deed to him. Is there a way to check on line to see if there is a quit claim deed on my dads property? |

A title search will also help you to know whether or not your brother's name is on the property deed. You can contact a title search company and they can help you in a better way. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great. |

Go down to your county clerk's office and check the "grantor index" for your father's name. This will show if he transferred any property. _________________ Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
