My dad went to the bank with my brother a few years ago and doesn't remember what they did. My brother moved away and my dad is going to make out a living trust. I have the feeling that my brother had him sign a quit claim deed to him. Is there a way to check on line to see if there is a quit claim deed on my dads property?

Your optiosn are to check with the county office and see whos name the house is in. So check with the county office or tax collectors office

A title search will also help you to know whether or not your brother's name is on the property deed. You can contact a title search company and they can help you in a better way.

Go down to your county clerk's office and check the "grantor index" for your father's name. This will show if he transferred any property.
