Hi Guest,
You can definitely use a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your son. You can also use a warranty deed to transfer the title to your son. Do you have any mortgage on the property? If there is one, you should inform the lender of this change in title. |

Welcome to our forum,
You can us quite claim deed to transfer property to your son. You have to inform to your lender before signing quit claim deed. As jenkin Says there is warranty deed is one more option for transfer your property to your son.

definately as all suggested quit claim deed will help to transfer property to your son.
But prior to do that just check with your lender about the mortgage related things |
