Hi, if a quitclaim to transfer property is filed a year and a half later, is it still valid? Can it be contested?

People can and do contest anything they please, but if the quit claim was valid on the day it was signed, there'd be no reason to question its validity despite the passage of time.

Mind you...I'm not a lawyer, so you're not getting legal advice. If you wish a legal opinion, you need to find a lawyer for that purpose.
