Should a quit claim deed be used to transfer a time share? If not what vehicle ought to be used? Can I down load it from this website? Thanks

Welcome rthorpe,

You can use a quitclaim deed to transfer timeshare. However if the transfer is between you and somone not from your family, it's better to use a grant deed.

Quit claim deed is mostly used for transfer of property between family members and someone you know. You'll find quitclaim forms here at http://www.mortgagefit.com/predeal/quitclaim-stateforms.html .
