my uncle took the house from us

Did your uncle have you sign any document under false pretence? How did your uncle got the quitclaim deed signed by you? If you did not sign on the deed, then you can bring forgery charges against you uncle. Also find out whether the deed was notarized and reocrded with county recorder's office. If the signature was forged, not notarized or the deed was signed under false pretence you can prove the deed invalid and thus reverse it.

surely one can file a complaint in the court as the deed is not notarized you will definitely get the hand over it.

One more thing to add is that whether you have signed the deed if not then surely you have a good stance about it.

i dont no how he did it but i want to do something about it . because he took 20.000 dollars from my Grandmother . am tired of him getting the family. i live in the house and done alot of work to it . i paid the taxes for 4 yr and have not i n there yr,
