My father quit claimed a lot to me before his death..the deed was recorded..How do I undo this deed..?..I do not want the property nor any interest in it..

Hi jack!

Welcome to forums!

You can transfer the property to someone else if you don't want the property. You can even sell off the property. As your father is deceased, you won't be able to transfer the property back to him.

Hi Jack,

Your father is no more, so there is no point in reversing the deed. rather what you can do is, you can go for charity if you do not wish to inherit the property.There are plenty of good charities available who are doing good for the mankind.Redcross (www.redcross.org) is one of them.
