if quit claim deed has enhanced life clause and wife is not on deed and is
considered a grantor and it is quit claimed to a grantee where does the wife stand

Hi victoria,

If the wife reserves the life estate rights for herself in the quitclaim deed, then she would have the rights to stay in the property until death. Though she is the grantor of the property she will be able to stay in the property.
