Welcome hanth,

A quitclaim deed does not affect your credit score. It's a deed that will help you to convey your interest in property to someone else or add someone else to the title. But in no way it can affect your score. Moreover, your score gets affected when you don't pay off a loan at regular intervals and either make late payments or miss them when you're actually supposed to pay them.

Quit claim deeds and credit scores are not inter-related. One is related to property ownership and the other with your debts and on time payments on them.
