Hi, Recently divorced I agreed to let my husband keep the house, in the divorce papers it states he is responsible for refinancing the home and get the quit claim deed drawn up for me to sign.  He has not done this and it's beeen over a year, he is now wanting me to get one done.  He said a bank will do this at no charge.  I have also found forms online.  Is this possible to do without having to pay out more money to an attorney?

Yes. You can find the forms you need at any office supply store. The Title company will be able to help you as well.

You shouldnt have to pay an attorney for this. If the bank says they can do this at no charge then I would look at that option.
