Can I Quitclaim my home to my sons who live in another state

In such situation, property taxes will be coming in his name. Correct you can transfer to him. You should be able to get the bills for taxes and insurance sent to you however. You will have to check with the local auditor or whatever they call them in your area and with your homeowners insurance company. Your sons will be getting the property ownership in their names. And being new owners to the property, they will have to pay the property taxes and insurances.
