I quit claim deed my brother to my house and now I would like to remove him from the title. What do I need to do.

Welcome to the forums.

Request your brother to sign over a quitclaim deed or a grant deed (if there is no mortgage on the home) and transfer his share of interest in property to you. Take an attorney's help to draft the deed.

Welcome to the forum.

Once a quitclaim is done and the property is transferred then it becomes very difficult to reverse the quitclaim. I agree with Sara that you can request your brother to quitclaim the property back to you. If he does not agree then you will have to prove that you have quitclaimed it under extreme pressure or the deed was invalid.
