I realy need help?

Generally Notarization is carried out by most of the attorneys so you can contact any local attorney and your work will be completed.... It could be the possibility that you haven't registered your quitclaim deed yet and thus your lender has asked you to do so.... SO getting in touch with attorney will surely help you a lot in this matter..(although they charge fees) but neverthless it is worth if it is saving your valuable time and stressful attempt to do it on your own.
