I have questions about refinancing. I want to refinance my first lien, but I have a second lien. My second lien was home improvement. We actually added a pool. What are my options?

you might want to discuss this with the lender holding the second lien, to see if it's possible they'll resubordinate their lien. that's the key to refinancing the first mortgage.

George is correct! You need to see if the second lienholder will subordinate. You should also know most lenders charge a fee to subordinate the second lien. Good Luck
