My credit score is 690. I have a foreclosure on my credit? Can I refinance my primary home?

Hi dandi,

If you have foreclosed your property in the recent past, then you won't be able to qualify for a mortgage refinance. After a foreclosure, you should wait for 3-4 years in order to get a mortgage refinance.
