We are attempting to develop a capital refinance agreement from a reputable loaner that will pay off our current home mortgage and consolidate debt into the mortgage.
Is Advanced Financial Services Inc. a legitimate company? Does the debt financed included in the mortgage refi become eligible for income tax deduction as is the interest on the home loan?

Hi

I haven't worked with Advanced Financial Services Inc., but have got mixed reactions about them. Thus, before you take a final decision, you should check their credentials carefully. As far as the tax deductions are concerned, I think you can deduct the interest paid on home loan.
