just keep paying your mortgage. in this market, that's not going to be a surprise if it happens.

Hi Guest,

If the appraisal is not high enough for refinancing, then the lender will not be ready to refinance the property. In that case, I don't think you will have anything much to do. You should follow George's advice and keep on paying your mortgage dues.
