When is it good to make use of adjustable rate mortgage (arm) refinance to fixed rate mortgage (frm)?

Hi baker,

You should try to refinance your ARM into a FRM when the rates on a fixed rate mortgage is going low. However, note that while you refinance a loan, you would be responsible for paying the closing costs.
