Hi deb_gray15,
Welcome to the forum.
I would like to know your credit score first. You can refinance your mobile home even with poor credit score. You may just need to shop a bit for a good lender. Even in this community there are so hundreds of lender. You can try to contact them. Some will surely help you.
You can check out the lender's section here at - http://www.mortgagefit.com/unitedstates/
Hope this will help you.
Feel free to ask if you have any further questions
Best of luck,
Larry |

Hello Debgray,
I think you have to shop for a while for lenders in order to do a refinance, as the mobile home is a 1974 model. Most lenders will go for mobile homes manufactured after 1976. So that might be a little difficult.
There are lenders who might even refinance a 1970 home. But for such cases, the lenders usually require you to have a good credit. |
