i think you misconstrued the original post as a plea for help, but that's okay. our poster is on a fishing expedition, supposedly as assistance for all those who come behind. these topics, of course, have been discussed ad infinitum.

Hi priyaforum!

Welcome to forums!

You need to contact your lender and he would be the best person to help you out with the information. As refinance means taking a new loan with better terms and conditions to pay off the original loan, you would require the same documents which you've provided your lender while taking the original loan.

walter, i think we need to assume that every loan that will be applied for in the near and foreseen future will be a fully documented loan, unless a potential borrower expressly states a desire for something else.

you have to apply for a new loan and pay off the old loan with the new one.
