My Friend has recently done a refinance and it funded on Apr 15.
The company has not sent him anything in regards to this refinance and his other lender has not gotten paid. how to go ahead? |

has your friend made any inquiries with this new lender? you don't say so, robert. are you the point man for him? was there a lawyer involved in his closing? has he tried to contact the lawyer, assuming there was one?
honestly, your post 2 months after the fact had better not be the first effort to find out what's happening on his loan. i hope he's been seeking answers since april 15. if not, quite frankly, he's a fool.

Sounds to me like they may have "closed" the loan without the dollars to fund the loan. As George stated, I hope this is your last attempt in resolving this. This should have thrown up a red flag immediately. I hope this helps...
