I want to know how to get my house mortgaged again after I have refinanced it.

Hi Blacgal,

I am guessing that you are trying to understand how to utilize the remaining equity in the home for cash back?

In that case, you could either take a stand alone Home equity loan or refinance your mortgage again for a "Refinance + Cash out" transaction, if it benefits you.
