how do you refinance a home on your own if ex husbands name is on the title?...Divorce decree states that when home is sold it is to be divided equally between exwife and exhusband. Currently exwife and kids live there. Exwife now wants to refinance home herself and with both names still on the title.....can this be done?

He will need to quit claim his interest in the home to you, then you can refinance it. Refinancing is different than selling. If you refinance it, I don't think he can make you pay him his half...only if you sell it.
