how do you refinance a home on your own if ex husbands name is on the title?

Currently exwife and kids live there. Exwife now wants to refinance home herself and with both names still on the title.....can this be done?

Refinancing is different than selling. If you refinance it, I don't think he can make you pay him his half...only if you sell it. _________________ (770) 886-3140
