Does FHA have a program that will help borrowers refinance a high cost adjustable rate mortgage?

All mortgage programs are set-up to help borrowers like yourself refinance out of a high cost adjustable rate mortgage. Depending on your particular circumstances, you may be better suited for a conventional loan program with no Mortgage Insurance. More details and we'll be able to better assist you. I hope this helps...
