We are about to lose the home my mother and father worked so hard to buy. When my father died last year we found out he was seriously delingquent. We have a month to get pre-qualified for a loan. My brother and I are trying to find a lender to work with us, but the problem is my credit is poor, my brothers is good, and the loan amount we need is less than $50,000.
