We are about to lose the home my mother and father worked so hard to buy. When my father died last year we found out he was seriously delingquent. We have a month to get pre-qualified for a loan. My brother and I are trying to find a lender to work with us, but the problem is my credit is poor, my brothers is good, and the loan amount we need is less than $50,000.

Who out there can help us?

Hi schardonald!

Welcome to forums!

You've mentioned that your brother's credit is good. In that case, your brother will be able to qualify for a mortgage. He should take the mortgage in his name and try to save the property. This community also has a large number of lenders. Your brother can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community and check out if he can qualify for a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
