Hi,

Do you want to know the maximum limit of LTV upto which you can refinance under the Making Home Affordable Refinance program? The LTV limit has been set to 125% of the value of your home. Previously, it was set at 105%. But considering the extent to which the properties are underwater in this depressed market, the LTV limit has been raised so that more homeowners can take advantage of this refinance program.
