can hud help me refinance my mobile home. i am retired and and on a fixed income. after paying 214 dollars for lot rent and 307 dollars for trailer. it pretty well straps me. thank you

Welcome Carol,

The HUD can help you refinance a mobile home but only through any of it's approved lender who deals with mobile homes. HUD does not offer the loan, rather it provides for the insurance. Title 1 program is one such option you can avail for the refinance.
