He gave her 1500 so that she would sign then quit claim. She drew up a document without the assistance of a lawyer which he signed stating he would refinance by the end of 2010. Unfortunately, he lost his job and unable to make the payments. Both of their credit is being damaged. She says she can and will make him sell the house. If he is the only one on the deed, is that possible? He is actively seeking a job but so far unsuccessful.
