Who offers refinancing options for my 1997 manufactured to include land septic basement etc. I went through a divorce awhile back. My ex can't qualify for a refi to get my name off mortgage. I no longer live in that area, so I will have to move house. If I move it, I want it on a perm basement on MY OWN LAND and be done with it. My ex wants to move back to the midwest. I don't want to do anything to hurt her, but can't afford two house payments either. I'M GETTING AN ULSCER ! ANY IDEAS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. I only have a limited amount of cash to put down. the House is currently financed through greentree and we have never missed or been late on a payment EVER.

You should contact your lender and apply for a mortgage refinance with him. The lender will check your financial and credit situation and let you know whether or not you'll qualify for a loan.
