How can I remove a name from my mortgage without refinancing?

I have no funding for it so were trying to qualify her in the hard ship program. This won't go through with her name on the mortgage with mine. I can't refinance to remove it as I don't have a job. I can still make the monthly mortgage payments, but can't file a novation for the same reasons of unemployement. What can I do to remove her name from the morgage?

As you are unemployed it won't be possible for you to go for any one of these options. Thus, you won't be able transfer the mortgage in your name if you do not meet the required criteria of the lender. Thanks
