Do you all Refinance Mobile Homes, It is a Double WIde on a permanent fixture. ? If so will it be lower than 10%. We need lower monthly payments

Welcome to the forum.

I agree with banker here. FHA will be a good option for you. But for that you have to shop a bit. There are so many lenders in this community. See this page- http://www.mortgagefit.com/unitedstates/

You have to own the land and it has to be deeded as real estate for a mortgage company to do this.
