| I bought a double wide mobile home in 1999 new and I'm still in it. The land was mortgaged seperately and the mobile home loan is through GreenTree. I'm looking to refinance and consolidate debt (around $5k-8k) and start over I guess. My credit doesn't have bankruptcy or leins but it is below fair. I have been in the same line of work for 10 yrs with the state. This loan would put me where I need to be financially. Would any lender lend to me or am I wasting my time looking? Any other programs could help me? |

How much do you owe on the home and the land now?
How much do you think the property is worth today? _________________ Chris Burns

| Payoff is $43k - Loan was like $45k. I'm not sure how much it is worth. I would think around the purchase price. That's what it looks like on my property tax notice, but I'm not sure. It's in pretty good condition. |
