can i refinance?

My mobile home was built in 1972 and I am having a very hard time finding somone to refinance my 2 mortgages. It had been totally redone and my appraisal was $85000. What can i do?

As far as I understand, refinancing a 1972 mobile home isn't possible as per the HUD property standards. You may refer to a similar discussion on pre-1976 mobile home loan refinance at http://www.mortgagefit.com/refinance/1973-mobilehome.html .

Even I don't think that you will be able to refinance a 1972 mobile home.

You have no other option left but to pay.

Look for lenders that specialize in this type of financing. It is not likely that a mortgage lender will do this.
