Wise to refinance ???

No clue here Guest	Posted: Tue Feb 16, 2010 6:50 am    Post subject: Wise to refinance ??? Like 0 Dislike 0 I was called by my loan officer and he indicated I can refinance from 5.75 to 5.125 with no closing cost and other fee. The only fee I would have is to have documents notarized. Should I refinance? Help needed!
