I was called by my loan officer and he indicated I can refinance from 5.75 to 5.125 with no closing cost and other fee. The only fee I would have is to have documents notarized. Should I refinance? Help needed!

Hi,

Yes, there are no any problem to refinance your to from 5.5 to 5.125 % interest rate. Do it if as loan officer says there are no closing cost or no any other hidden fees.

Thanks & Regards.
