I would like to fe-finance a house i signed for my sister about a year ago. There credit was bad and couldnt get a loan. I dont live there and never did. Its only been a year can i re-finance?

Hi

If your sister's credit is still bad, she won't be able to refinance because the credit requirements have now become very stringent. If you have a good credit, may be you can refinance it in your name.

Well, if it's a Freddie Fannie Loan you can refinance after May 2nd if your equity is down. You can call (866) 717-4493 and check with these guys if you qualify.
