We recently did a refinance and it funded on Nov 30 and then it apparently has not been completed I am assuming. The company has not sent me anything in regards to this refinance and my other lender has not gotten paid. We did everything they asked for with this loan, what is my rights? Should they not be notifying me of any issue?

Are you speaking about November 30th, 2008??? It's been a long time. They should have notified about how much time it would take to refinance the mortgage. You should immediately contact your lender and check out how long it will take to refinance. You should have contacted them much before.

sunil, have you tried contacting the lender? you didn't say so, and i must ask. also, did you have legal representation? did you actually attend a closing for the loan?

Sunil woudl you midn shararing somemore informatio about how the process went and what you have been doign till now.

Have you reahced out to your refinancign lender?
